Patrick Thibodeau, PT, DPT, CPDS founder of MoveBetterPT (MBPT).  I’m a physical therapist here in Central Florida. Growing up in Maine, I encountered various injuries of my own, so I decided I wanted to find out more about the body and why so many people experience the aches, pains, and injuries they do going through life. After graduating in 2016, I moved down from Maine to Central Florida where I pursued my career in physical therapy working at ESPN Wide World of Sports with various amounts of professional athletes from a number of different sports. I also work in the home health setting where I treat people in the comfort of their home. No matter what type of injury you have, I am here to help.

Here at MBPT, I am dedicated to taking a whole-body approach at preventing each individual from falling into the everyday lifestyle of pain and discomfort. I diagnose and treat movement dysfunctions that interfere with everyday tasks, leading to a poor quality of life, specializing in auto accident injuries, sports-related injuries, work injuries, and performance training, no matter the age. My primary vision is to take a non-surgical approach and get my patients back to their every day life. Whether you want to get back on the field, get back to work, get back in shape, or just want to be pain free, MBPT is where you want to be. My approach utilizes diagnosis-based clinical decision making skills to help develop and implement an individualized treatment plan that are both patient centered and results driven. No matter what the problem, you and I together, can fix it. Move Better. Feel Better. MoveBetterPT.
